I just received a text asking me if I was going nets tonight. I was not aware that net’s are tonight…….any ideas on how we can improve communication.

Who is deciding when we net ?

Thanks for the congratulations!

It does, however, unfortunately mean that I can’t play for the first two or three weeks which is a bummer, but hey!

Should be an interesting season this year, and we’ve already seen the Thirds get off to a great start. The league rule changes will be interesting with only one team going up and three going down in Divs 3-6 (four go down from Div 7 because two new teams are coming in to Divs 3 and 7 and from next season there will be a Division 8). This will potentially be quite a problem for the Seconds, as originally The Langtons and another team whose name escapes me were relegated from Div 5; however Quorn II were subsequently relegated in place of The Langtons because they were found guilty of fielding an ineligible player – this means that a potentially stronger team was relegated, and with only one going up, it could well be even tougher for the Seconds…… only time will tell…..

Realistically he tripped up his own feet whilst back peddalling! The only reason the ground dissappeared from beneath his feet was because he was lying horizontal to the floor!! Brilliant. Snowman enjoyed it too!!
